HUNGRY GERALD

Chilly, rainy day on Prince Edward Island. September on PEI is usually a very good weather month. Sunshine. Blue skies. Cool breezes, And, local oysters are getting their autumn flavors.  Well, the oysters are splendid  (Gifted daughter Lesley R, has learned how to shuck them). However, the weather remains dismal. HG has required comfort food.  And, that’s what HG got at supper last night and lunch today: Namely, Orzo with cottage cheese, butter, sea salt, and many grinds of the pepper mill.
